Spent Easter at a comfortable place that had plenty of room and served an excellent breakfast buffet with regional pastries. the rooms had a mix of modern and antique furnishings, giving it a unique decor. the location was perfect as it is close to two towns on the coast and only a short drive from the highway. the beautiful closed patio room overlooking the garden and well-maintained swimming pool was a relaxing treat.
Although the pool had good facilities, it was uninviting as it was never clean due to the vacuum cleaner always being present in it. Another letdown was that the hotel location is not well-kept and felt hazardous to walk down.

Our breakfasts, served in a charming closed patio room with views of the stunning garden and pool, were a highlight - delicious homemade cakes, pastries, and coffee. The property's convenient location made it easy to explore nearby attractions such as La Spezia and Lerici.
The noise from passing trains can be heard from some rooms.

We had a weekend away and the accommodation was great. The host was extremely kind and offered helpful tips. We loved the cleanliness of the room and the beautiful garden. The pool was refreshing and kept well. The breakfast was superb with delicious homemade pastries and coffee. The area was easily accessible and offered beautiful views.
The shower was okay, but it could have been better. The noise from the passing trains can be heard, but it did not bother us much.
